2026 Little Eagles Basketball Camp

The time has come for the 2026 edition of the Sands Little Eagles Basketball Camp! The camp is open to boys and girls in Kindergarten through 2nd grade, with preference given to students not already playing for a Sands team.

This year the Sands Eagles Basketball Program has 13 teams competing in the Cincinnati Premier Youth Basketball League (CPYBL) in various 2nd through 6th grade boys and girls divisions. Little Eagles serves as our “feeder” program, building enthusiasm and a love of the game in our younger students to continue the momentum the basketball program is enjoying in its 16th season in action.

Camp will be held on three Fridays in February from 3:45-5:00 pm in the Sands gym - February 13th, February 20th, and February 27th. The cost of the camp is $40.

Registration is available on the Sands Athletic Website beginning January 24th at 12:00 pm until February 4th at 8:00 pm. Log in to your account on the website (or create one if you have not done so already) and then you will have the option to sign up for Little Eagles Basketball Camp 2026. Maximum enrollment for the camp is 35 kids. Do not be concerned if you land on a waiting list, we want to ensure children who are not currently on a team have first priority before allowing our playing 1st and 2nd graders into the camp.

Each camper will be provided with a snack each camp afternoon, as well as a t-shirt on the final day of camp. Please notify the camp coordinators of any dietary restrictions that should be considered. Your child will get a shirt in the size indicated in their registration.

If you would like to help coach your son or daughter’s team in the future, or would just like to assist with the camp by volunteering your time, please indicate your interest during the registration process.
